White Castle Turkey Stuffing Recipe

KJ Premier Real Estate is not only top notch when it comes to selling your property, we can also entertain with the best of them!  We come from a long line of great cooks and have a collection of wonderful recipes that we love to share with our family and friends.  Watch for a new family recipe to be posted every week this holiday season.  This recipe is for the easiest and best tasting stuffing that you’ll ever have.  Give it a try….you’ll be adding a sack of White Castles to your Thanksgiving shopping list each year too!

White Castle Stuffing

Makes 9 Cups of stuffing/10-12 Pound Turkey

10 White Castles with everything -NO Pickles

1/2 C. Diced Celery

1 1/4 tsp. Ground Thyme

1 1/4 tsp. Ground Sage

3/4 tsp. Course Ground Black Pepper

1/4 Cup of Chicken Broth

Break the WC burgers into pieces and put into a large mixing bowl.  Add diced celery and seasonings.  Toss and add the chicken broth.  Mix well.  Stuff the cavity of turkey just before roasting. 

Note:  Use one White Castle Hamburger for each pound of Turkey that you will be stuffing.
